仕事内容
健康食品・化粧品メーカーの海外営業(東京勤務・国際部立上)
【仕事内容】
【期待する役割】
東京拠点に新設予定の「国際部」の立ち上げメンバーとして、海外顧客の新規開拓を担当。
国内勤務中心でオンラインを活用しつつ、海外商流をゼロから構築し、OEM事業・海外展開の拡大を推進します。
外国籍社員を含む既存メンバーと協働し、グローバルに価値を発揮できる方を求めています。
【具体的な仕事内容】
・海外向け新規顧客開拓(オンライン商談中心)
・海外向け新規顧客開拓(オンライン商談中心/<国内外展示会への出店>
・海外物流関連業務経験者も歓迎
・商品企画・提案のサポート(顧客の目的・ターゲットに応じた提案)
・契約・受注管理
・新規顧客開拓に応じた報奨金制度によるインセンティブ獲得
・候補者の経験・能力に応じて裁量ある業務推進
【職場環境】
・定時退社中心で残業ほぼなし
・週休2日制(土日祝)、年間休日118日
・GW・夏期・年末年始休暇
・入社研修:静岡本社で2週間~1ヶ月(社宅あり)※条件あり
・東京拠点約15名、多国籍メンバーとの協働環境
