配属部門について

Applied AIグループは、「AIの能力を業務で最大限発揮させられる環境を作ること」を目的としたチームです。AIツールを作ることだけではなく、AIに渡すべき社内コンテキストを整備し、情報をAPIで取得可能な状態にし、業務ワークフローをAIフレンドリーに設計すること、そしてそれらのアクションがAIのパフォーマンスに与える影響を定性・定量的に評価し、継続的なリソース投下の正当性を証明することで、事業におけるAI活用を促進することが主な業務です。「普通のことを普通に徹底的にやる」ことで、AIの成果を最大化することに取り組んでいます。

AIによる成果 = ①使えるAIの能力 × ②AIの能力の発揮度合い

①はOpenAI、Anthropic、Googleが日々改善してくれます。しかし②は、私たちの内部にしかない情報を、AIが理解できる形に整える「私たちの努力」なしには決して上がりません。全社的なAI活用基盤の構築を加速するため、この領域を専門とするメンバーを募集します。

本部門における課題

・情報にラベルがついていない

・情報がAPIでやり取りできる状態になっていない

・情報が一つの場所にまとまっていない

・情報が更新可能性が高い形式で整理されていない(PDF等で管理されており、AIにとってホワイトでない環境に置かれている)

これらの課題を解決し、AIが自律的に業務コンテキストを取得・活用できる環境を構築することが求められています。また、これらの課題解決の成果を、Ragas等の評価ライブラリを用いて評価し、継続的なリソース投下の正当性を証明することも、私たちの重要なミッションです。

現在進行中のプロジェクト

・coincheck-rules-central リポジトリの整備と利用促進: AI向けコンテキスト(業務ルール、組織情報、ビジネス要件)の構造化と各プロジェクトへの横展開

・MCPサーバ群の開発・運用: Slack、Jira、Confluence、社内DBからの情報を、AIエージェントが自律的に取得・加工できる仕組みの構築

・プロジェクト推進支援: 新規事業プロジェクトにおけるAI活用基盤の設計・運用(日報自動生成、進捗監視、成果物間のトレーサビリティ検証)

・Flow-to-Stockパイプライン: 動的情報(Slack/Jira)から静的マスタ(ドキュメント)への情報蒸留プロセスの自動化

主に担当していただくこと

・AIに渡すコンテキスト(業務ルール、組織情報、ビジネス要件)の構造化・メタデータ設計

・MCPサーバ(Model Context Protocol)の開発・運用

・Cursor MDCルール等のコンテキスト連携システムの設計・保守

・社内情報ソース(Slack、Jira、Confluence、HR-DB等)との連携設計・実装

入社してまずお任せしたいこと

・coincheck-rules-central リポジトリの構造理解と既存MCPサーバの動作確認

・既存コンテキスト資産の品質向上(ラベル整備、メタデータ拡充)

将来的にお任せしたいこと

・新しい情報ソースへのMCP連携設計・実装

・コンテキスト管理のベストプラクティス策定

・社内エンジニアへのAIオンボーディング支援の仕組み化

・AIガバナンスルールの策定・運用支援

必須要件

・Python等のプログラミング言語でのAPI開発経験(MCPサーバ開発に活用)

・Cursor、Claude、Code等のAIコーディングツールの深い利用経験

・情報設計・メタデータ設計の経験(ラベリング、タグ設計、ディレクトリ構造設計など)

・API連携の実装経験(Slack API、Atlassian API、Google Workspace API等いずれか)

・MCPサーバ開発経験(FastMCP等)

・Markdownベースのドキュメント管理システムの設計経験

・データパイプラインやETL処理の経験

・規程・ガバナンス文書の読解・整理経験

勤務時間

フレックスタイム制
①清算期間と1ヶ月の総労働時間:毎月1日~末日
所定労働時間:8時間×月の所定労働日数を満たす必要があります。
②標準労働時間:1日8時間(部署により基本勤務時間は異なる)
③コアタイムあり:12時~15時
④出社推奨ですが部署判断でフルリモートも可能です。
※本ポジションは原則フルリモート可能です。
