【職務概要】

同社が展開するサーマルプリンタ、タッチパネルなど電子部品の拡販を担う営業マネージャーとして、国内外の販売促進およびチームマネジメントをお任せします。製品は顧客の装置や製品に組み込まれるため、長期的な視点での信頼構築と案件推進が求められます。

【職務詳細】

■誰に:国内外の特約店および産業機器・電子機器メーカーなどの法人顧客

■何を:サーマルプリンタ、タッチパネルを中心とした電子部品やモジュール製品

■どうやって:既存取引先の深耕営業、新規拡販提案、代理店支援、技術部門や生産部門との連携を通じたソリューション提案

【具体的には】

・国内外特約店との販売計画立案および進捗管理

・主要顧客との関係構築および課題解決に向けた提案活動

・製品導入から設計・生産・納品に至る長期案件の営業推進(期間目安:最長5年)

・営業戦略の策定、チームメンバー(5名程度)の育成・評価

・関連部門(設計、生産、マーケティングなど)との連携強化

・市場動向の分析、販売データに基づく改善提案

・国内外出張による顧客フォロー(頻度は案件により変動)

【必須】

・製造業での営業経験(目安10年以上)

・営業チームでのマネジメント経験

・プレゼンテーションおよび交渉力

・英語力(スピーキングとライティングのビジネスコミュニケーション)

・インダストリーアプリケーションズとキーアカウントの経験

・電子部品業界での経験またはその他コンポーネントに関する知識と経験

・電気またはその他のコンポーネント、または技術機器の産業ユーザーへの販売およびマーケティングにおける実務経験

・顧客に技術ソリューションを提供した経験

【給与】

年収:700万~900万程度

月給制:月額350000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所
