仕事内容:

保育園を運営する会社の本部にて、

経理事務を中心に、代表の業務を支える秘書的ポジションをお任せします。

専門的で難しい判断は税理士・社労士と連携して行うため、

「正確に・丁寧に・気配りをもって対応できる方」を重視しています。

【主な業務内容】

  • 経理事務

-会計ソフトへの入力-請求書・領収書の整理-入出金管理、数字チェック * 事務・秘書業務

-スケジュール管理、来客・電話対応-簡単な資料作成(Word・Excel)-社内外との連絡調整 * その他、代表・本部業務のサポート全般※数字を扱う業務が多いですが、

「スピードより正確さ」を重視する環境です。

私は以前は全く経理に関しては未経験で、簿記の資格を取ろうかというくらいでした。

Q1.経理の経験が浅くても、本当に大丈夫ですか?

A.はい、大丈夫です。

当社の経理業務は、仕訳入力や請求書管理などの基本的な事務作業が中心です。

決算や専門的な判断は税理士と連携して行うため、

「経理をやりたい」「実務を積みたい」という気持ちがあれば問題ありません。

わからないことはその都度確認できる環境なので、安心して取り組めます。

Q2.経理と秘書業務の割合はどれくらいですか?

A.経理がメインで、秘書業務はサポート的な位置づけです。

日常業務の中心は、数字入力・確認・資料作成などの経理事務です。

秘書業務といっても、スケジュール調整や連絡対応などの事務サポートが中心で、

難しい対外対応や判断を任されることはありません。

「経理を軸に、幅広く事務に関わりたい方」に向いています。

Q3.忙しすぎたり、急に仕事が増えたりしませんか?

A.無理な業務量になることはありません。

当社では「正確さ」と「働きやすさ」を重視しており、

一人に業務が偏らないよう、本部で調整しています。

残業はほとんどなく、締め日でも落ち着いて作業できる環境です。

「バタバタした経理ではなく、丁寧に仕事をしたい方」にはぴったりです。

  • PCの基本操作ができる方(Excel・Word・メール)
  • コツコツとした作業が苦にならない方

勤務時間・曜日:

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

・9:30〜18:30(90分休憩、実働7.5時間)

・残業少な目(多くても月に10~15時間です)

休暇・休日:

休日 :日・祝です(土曜も営業しております)

※当社は日・祝とは別に月に最低2日以上の休日を取得してもらっています。

※年次有給休暇:年間5日は必ず取得してもらいます。

その他:年末年始休暇、GW休暇、夏季休暇(去年実績:各4~5日間)

※転勤はありません。

南京町の南側にあります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥245,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥43,700〜¥62,400(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与:日給月給制

月給与

土曜出勤の場合

└契約期間中:232,750円(固定残業代20時間分29,400円含む。20時間を超えた分は別途支給)

└正社員:245,000円(固定残業代30時間43,700円含む。30時間を超えた分は別途支給

※完全週休二日制ご希望の方はご相談下さい。

賞与:正社員後年3回(前年度実績3ヶ月分/年)
