車載インフォテインメント(IVI)システムに関する深い専門知識を持つ、バイリンガルのプロジェクトリーダーを募集しています。この役割では、エンドツーエンドのプロジェクトデリバリーの管理、部門横断的なチームの調整、そしてグローバルなステークホルダーとローカル開発チームの橋渡し役としての役割を担います。効果的なコミュニケーションと要件の整合を図り、IVIプロジェクトを成功に導くためには、英語と日本語の堪能なスキルが必須です。

We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Project leader with strong expertise in In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems.

This role requires managing end-to-end project deliveries, coordinating cross functional teams and acting as a bridge between global stakeholders and local development teams.

Proficiency in English and Japanese is essential to ensure effective communication requirement alignment and successful execution of IVI projects.

顧客とオンサイトエンジニアリングチーム間の主要な連絡窓口
技術情報およびプロジェクト関連情報の翻訳、解釈、文書化
プロジェクトの計画、追跡、報告を主導し、タイムリーかつ高品質な納品を確保
部門横断的なコラボレーション(システムエンジニアリング、HMI、コネクティビティ、サイバーセキュリティ、検証、他のECUチームなど)を促進
顧客および社内チームと協力して、リスクの特定、軽減計画、問題解決を管理
設計レビュー、採用レビュー、検証計画をサポート
顧客およびサプライヤーと連携し、統合および検証のマイルストーンを調整
バイリンガル環境で、顧客およびサプライヤーのワークショップ、レビュー、監査をサポート
コミュニケーション、プロセス、および納品実行の継続的な改善を推進
Lead and manage IVI system projects across requirement engineering, design, integration and validation phases.
Act as the primary point of contact between customer and local engineering teams
Translate, interpret, and document technical and project related information
Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely and quality deliveries
Facilitate cross functional collaboration (System engineering, HMI, connectivity, cybersecurity, validation, other ECU teams etc.)
Manage risk identification, mitigation plans, and issue resolution with customer and internal teams
Support design reviews, recruitment reviews, and validation planning
Coordinated integration and validation milestones with the customer and suppliers
Support customer & supplier workshops, reviews and audits in bilingual settings
Driver continues improvement in communication, processes, and delivery execution

IVIシステムのアーキテクチャ、機能、エンドツーエンドのシステム統合に関する深い理解
自動車分野における実績のあるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
Automotive SPICEに関する知識
顧客対応、ステークホルダー管理、異文化コミュニケーションの経験
プロジェクト追跡およびコラボレーションツール(JIRA、Confluence、MS Project、MS Excelなど)の実践経験
CAN、UDS、Ethernet、診断、ソフトウェアアップデート(OTA/FOTA)に関する知識
要件エンジニアリングおよびシステム設計方法論(UML、SysML)に関する知識
多様なステークホルダーと連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
グローバルな環境において、チームに影響を与え、対立を解決し、モチベーションを高める能力
Strong understanding of IVI system architecture, features and end-to-end system integration
Proven project management experience in automotive domain
Exposure to Automotive SPICE
Experience in customer-facing roles, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication
Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS Excel etc.)
Knowledge of CAN, UDS, Ethernet, diagnostics and software updates (OTA/FOTA)
Familiarity with requirement engineering and system design methodologies (UML, SysML)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
Ability to influence, resolve conflicts and drive team motivation across global environments
