Support end-to-end delivery of assigned programs/projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, and stakeholders.
Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
Prepare and maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports.
Support program governance activities including reviews, meetings, and action tracking.
Assist in risk and issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
Support change management activities related to scope, timelines, or resource.
Communicate program status clearly to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the program delivery framework.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and professional growth
Proficiency in the Japanese language is mandatory (verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; however, candidates with Finance or Business backgrounds can also apply
Ideally 2–4 years of professional experience in a well-established organization that offers robust foundational training
Prior experience in commercial, sales, or engineering-oriented roles
Exposure to Tier 1, Technology, or Software-driven industries is highly desirable
