Summary Primarily responsible for developing plan/projects and/or services to and exploring relationships with new/existing accounts. Works independently within an assigned market segment, territory or customer base. Manages all aspects of the developing process.

Key Accountabilities
Manage Key AUTO customers (OEMs, T1s) for Engineering Plastic and Performance Materials.
Develop segment strategy and plan that ensure attainment of goals and profitability.
Manage project from initial stage to commercialization.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Report to the manager in a timely manner.
Build strong customer relationships, get trust by customers, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application development.
Activities for job
Develop segment strategy and plan, execution for own responsible area.
Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Application Development and Marketing to create pipelines and follow up projects/complaint cases.
Set up lead meetings for own projects.Attend commercial meeting.
Manage internal system for pipeline. forecast. pricing etc.
Share necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely.
Qualifications 要求
Several years sales/development and related experience in the automotive, chemical industry.
Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead developments with customers.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Japanese, also an ability to read/write/oral communication in English.
Positive/Proactive Attitude-Achiever, Self-motivated, persistent in following up and willingness to develop skills required for personal development.
Customer focus with ability to understand customer needs and issue.
Financial acumen to understand the consequence of pricing actions.
Good communication and people skills in a complex environment.
Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft office and SFDC.
Acceptance of domestic travel reasonably.
