Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development

Leading in Embedded software and algorithms for sensing applications
Develop perception algorithms & applications (Computer vision, object detection, and AI/ML methods )
Deploying applications on target hardware
Develop documentation for perception algorithms and their design, training, validation, and testing

Project & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of Perception, providing training and technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers.
Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables.
Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with ISO Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards.
Maintain documentation for perception algorithms and their design, training, validation, and testing.

Requirements


Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Embedded programming experience in C/C++, Python
Experience on MBD
Experience on GPU & SoC architectures
Experience on ADAS sensing algorithms
Knowledge of ADAS Sensors
Experience in development perception algorithm
Experience in GPU programming experience
Experience in multi-threading optimization
Deep knowledge in system design
Experience on AI/ML ML model development (Format Conversion, static analysis, Quantization, etc.)

Languages:
Business Japanese, English is plus point

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in leading automotive ECU software development projects.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and innovation in embedded software development.
Experience working with global teams and OEM/Tier 1 suppliers.
