We are seeking a Cluster Manager with experiences in planning and delivering services for International Sport Events or Large-Scale Events.
This position will complete the Venue Operation Services team responsible to plan and coordinate mainly 7 FA (Functional Areas) to the Games for the Asian Games and Para Asian Games project.
Key Responsibilities:
CLUSTER COORDINATION – before Games Time (April to August)
Coordinate the preparation of the services for 7 FA to be delivered and implemented, a cluster level; each cluster is made up of 4 to 11 venues.
Interface with the VDO (technical) Cluster Integration Managers organized after the same clustersWork with each FA manager from the VOS team to implement all documentation that has been prepared prior to April 2026
Adapts each runsheet and documentation to the specificity of the sport and the venue
Complete all excel and ppt files and uses event management on-line tool
Meet the client and each AINAGOC VEM for the venues he/she's responsible of
FA MANAGER ON THE FIELD – during Games Time (September + October)
Be at the Head Quarter and monitor activities for your Cluster, cross FA
Or become a specific FA assistant to operate at a venue level (to be determined after July 2026) > follow the daily runsheet, check the level of services and coordinates volunteers (when applies).
Work after a dedicated planning adapted to the Games specific timesFA that fall under VOS team responsibility

CER, represents AINAGOC
LOG+CNW+FNB, represents AINAGOC
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager in the field of international sport event or large-scale event.
Experience in planification, coordination and operations readiness.
Experience in the field.
Capability to work with a transversal approach and in team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (business level). Japanese speaking is a nice to have.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
Currently living in Japan with a valid residence permit would be an advantage
