Your Role And Responsibilities
本ポジションでは、大規模病院のお客様に対して、弊社製の電子カルテシステム(CIS) の提案から導入までを担っていただけるインフラプロジェクトマネジャー、プロジェクトリーダー候補を募集いたします。
提案活動は、リーダー経験を経た上で作業いただく想定です。
【具体的には】
・電子カルテシステム(CIS)の導入案件を中心に、病院情報システム構築におけるインフラ部分の統括・管理(一部作業も含む)
・サーバー(AIX, windows等)、WAS, MQ、監視、キャパプラ等の知識をベースに、協力会社と共に、電子カルテシステム、部門ベンダーシステムを稼働させるインフラ環境のリードを行う。
・プロジェクトでは多数の協力会社・OEMベンダーと共に作業を行うため、適切なガイド・指示を発令し、目的に向かって共にプロジェクトを推進させる
・本人のご希望・経験にもよりますが、保守チームで力を付けていただいた後で、構築チームに参画いただくキャリアプランもございます。
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
・SIer、インフラ関連会社の出身者で、複数の自社チーム/OEMベンダーを束ねてインフラ導入のリーダーを経験された事のある方。
・設計書/仕様書の作成、レビュー経験のある方
・サーバー運用(監視/バックアップ等)機能の実装経験のある方
・電子カルテシステムをクラウド環境で稼働させるケースの増加が見込まれるため、AWS, IBM Cloud 及び、動作環境としての SBC、VDIの知見を有する方も歓迎。
