Roles & Responsibilities
Optimize machine learning models, particularly LLMs, transformers, and neural networks.
Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks (e.g., text generation, summarization, semantic search, recommendation systems).
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable applications.
Conduct experimentation, benchmarking, and evaluation of models to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the latest research in natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and deep learning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code for production-level systems.
Contribute to the design of data pipelines and model training infrastructure.
Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning or AI.
Proficiency in Python (For example, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral) and transformer-based architectures.
Solid knowledge of neural networks, optimization methods, and NLP techniques.
Experience deploying models to production environments (e.g., REST APIs, cloud services).
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Proficient in Japanese and English to communicate with clients as well as internally
