仕事内容


私たちは埼玉県ときがわ町を拠点に、

ITやデジタルの力で地域の課題解決に挑んでいます。

主な仕事は、行政や民間企業の業務効率化やプロモーション(情報発信)の支援。

あなたには、ときがわ町のDX化を推進する

「地域密着型のDXサポーター」として、

幅広い業務を担当していただきます。

当社では、業務の一環として、学習・

スキルアップの取り組みを推奨しています。

業務時間内でのプログラミング講座受講や

資格取得に向けた学習などが可能で、

スキルアップや知識習得にかかる費用は

全額会社負担です。

  • IT・DX支援(地域のデジタル化)

・ExcelやGoogleツールを活用した

業務の効率化支援

・行政や民間企業の業務フロー可視化、

ツール導入などのアドバイス

  • 地域づくり・コミュニティ支援

・地域貢献活動への参加(お祭り等)

・コミュニティスペースの管理や利活用推進

・地域住民との協働による、

まちづくりプロジェクトの立案

|| OJTプログラムで成長できる||

地域おこし協力隊の20代メンバーや、

経験豊富なエンジニアがサポートしながら、

スキル習得を目指します。

入社1年目は、Excelやマクロ(VBA)の操作に慣れることを目標に、基本操作から実務への応用までを段階的に習得。

あわせて、地域課題解決に向けたアプローチ方法の企画立案にも携わっていただきます。

2年目はスキル向上フェーズとして、複数のプログラミング言語にも挑戦しながら、自社開発サービスの参画メンバーとして、より実践的な開発スキルの向上を目指します。

また、業務時間内でもスキルアップのための研修参加機会や学習時間を確保でき、働きながら学べる環境が整っています。

実務経験とスキルアップの学習を通して、エンジニアとして成長することができると同時に、地域内事業者や行政とも関係性を構築でき、地域コミュニティとの連携が自然に生まれる環境下のため、ときがわ町での暮らしに慣れるスピードも早まります

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00

(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)

*原則定時退社

・完全週休二日制(土日祝)

基本給:月給 22万3136円

固定残業代:あり
