【具体的な仕事内容】

・高級ホテルのラウンジ

・ブランドショップ

・イベント会場

など、"特別な一日"や"思い出に残る時間"が

過ごされる空間の内装工事を、

現場の中心でマネジメントするポジションです。

著名デザイナー案件や有名ブランドの店舗など、

高いデザイン性が求められるプロジェクトが多数。

これまでの建築・内装施工管理の経験や

建築士・施工管理技士などの資格を

存分に活かしていただけます。

事務作業や経理などは専門部署が

担当する分業制のため、

施工管理としてのコア業務に集中できます。

お任せする主な業務

・原価管理・工程管理・品質管理・安全管理

・協力業者・職人への指示出し・進捗管理

・クライアント(ホテル・レストラン・ブランド本部等)との打ち合わせ

・図面確認・納まりチェック・各種調整

・資材の選定・発注・納期管理

【1日の流れ】

1日の流れ(例)

08:00 現場到着・朝礼

全員で当日の工程や安全面を確認。

職人さんとも軽くコミュニケーションを取りながら一日がスタート。

09:00 職人さんへの指示出し

各工程の担当者へ作業内容を共有。

あなたの段取りが、空間づくりの第一歩になります。

10:00 資材の確認・発注

図面や工程表を見ながら、必要な資材の数量や納期をチェック。

抜け漏れがないかを確認します。

12:00 昼食休憩

近くのお店でランチを楽しんだり、

車の中で一人の時間を過ごしたり。

しっかり休んで午後に備えます。

13:00 進捗確認・調整

現場を巡回しながら工程の進み具合を確認。

必要に応じて人員配置やスケジュールを微調整します。

15:00 クライアント対応・打ち合わせ

高級レストランやホテルの担当者と、

仕上がりイメージのすり合わせや追加要望の確認を行います。

17:00 日報作成・翌日の準備

一日の振り返りと、翌日の工程を整理。

施工がスムーズに進むよう、段取りを整えます。

18:00 退社(現場によっては直行直帰OK)

現場からそのまま帰宅できる日も。

オン・オフのメリハリをつけて働けます。

一級・二級建築施工管理技士

一級・二級建築士

内装仕上げ関連資格 など

その上で内装分野にチャレンジしたい方もご相談ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日(土日休)

働き方のイメージ(1週間)

基本は平日勤務+土日休みの週休2日制です。

現場の進行状況により、

まれに土曜出勤が発生する場合は、

平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。

現場は主に都内や関西圏ですが、

全国の高級ホテル・レストラン・

商業施設・結婚式場を担当することもあります。

出張の際には、ご当地グルメを

楽しめるのも密かな楽しみ。

京都本社での打ち合わせや

書類作成を行う日もあり、

現場によっては直行直帰もOKです。

給与:

Aさん(38歳/施工管理 経験5年)

年収480万円

└月給30万円×12ヶ月+賞与120万円

Bさん(45歳/施工管理 経験10年)

年収600万円

└月給35万円×12ヶ月+賞与180万円
