高級レストラン、ホテルラウンジ、結婚式場、ブランドショップ、イベント会場など、

"非日常・上質空間"をつくる内装工事の施工管理をお任せします。

これまでのご経験や得意分野を踏まえ、

入社後は即戦力として現場の中心ポジションで活躍していただきます。

将来的には、

・著名デザイナー案件

・全国展開ブランドの旗艦店

・ホテル・商業施設の大型内装

など、難易度・影響力の高いプロジェクトを担当可能です。

<主な業務>

・工程/品質/安全管理(現場全体の統括)

・原価・コスト管理、予算調整

・協力会社・職人への指示出し、進捗マネジメント

・クライアント(ホテル・飲食店・ブランド本部等)との折衝

・図面チェック、納まり検討、施工調整

・資材選定・発注・納期管理

※書類作成や経理処理は専門部署が担当

【1日の流れ(例)】

・08:00 現場到着/朝礼・工程、安全確認

・09:00 職人との打ち合わせ・作業指示

・10:00 図面確認、資材・工程の調整

・12:00 昼休憩

・13:00 現場巡回、品質・進捗チェック

・15:00 クライアント打ち合わせ

・17:00 日報・翌日工程整理

・18:00 退社(現場により直行直帰可)

求める人材:

【必須スキル・経験】

※いずれかに該当する方を想定しています

・建築・内装分野での施工管理経験をお持ちの方

・下記いずれかの有資格者

一級・二級建築施工管理技士

一級・二級建築士

内装仕上げ関連資格 など

※内装に限らず、建築・設備・電気など他分野での施工管理経験者も歓迎。

その上で内装分野にチャレンジしたい方もご相談ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

働き方のイメージ(1週間)

基本は平日勤務+土日休みの週休2日制です。

現場の進行状況により、

まれに土曜出勤が発生する場合は、

平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。

現場は主に都内や関西圏ですが、

全国の高級ホテル・レストラン・

商業施設・結婚式場を担当することもあります。

出張の際には、ご当地グルメを

楽しめるのも密かな楽しみ。

京都本社での打ち合わせや

書類作成を行う日もあり、

現場によっては直行直帰もOKです。

Bさん(38歳/施工管理 経験5年)

年収600万円

└月40万円×12ヶ月+賞与120万円
