【職務内容】

本ポジションは、BASEグループの中長期的な事業・経営戦略を推し進めるための、M&Aの推進をお任せいたします。

当社は今後の市場拡大や外部環境などをふまえながら、成長戦略の一環として、M&A活動を積極的に推進しており、将来的にその中核を担う方の募集です。

M&A推進担当者は、M&Aプロセスを推進し、BASEグループの成長戦略の成功に向けて、パイプラインの開発、デューディリジェンスの実施、交渉のサポート、および統合計画の策定など、多岐にわたる業務を担当する想定です。

BASEが取り組んでいる個人やスモールチーム向けのEC/決済/金融サービスはまだまだ発展途上で、これから市場を創っていく段階です。EC・FinTechの未来を創っていきたい、世界のすべての人が自分の力を自由に価値へと変えて生きていける世界を創りたい、という方の応募をお待ちしています。

■M&Aパイプラインの開発およびスクリーニング

■デューディリジェンスプロセスの管理と実施

■M&A候補企業との交渉、契約交渉のサポート

■統合計画の策定と実行(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

【必要な経験・スキル】

■インターネットサービス企業での就業経験

■他社とのアライアンスを企画したご経験をお持ちの方

▽M&Aの実務経験を、以下いずれかにて1年以上のご経験をお持ちの方

■事業会社にてM&Aの推進を担当

■FASや投資銀行でM&Aアドバイザーのご経験をお持ちの方

■PEファンド、VCでのご経験をお持ちの方

■財務職種でのご経験
