職務概要
当社は、AI を活用した 3D コンテンツ生成分野のグローバルリーダーとして、テキストや画像から高品質な 3D アセットを生成する最先端ツールを提供しています。ゲーム、アニメーション、XR、工業デザイン、デジタルコンテンツ制作など、幅広いクリエイターを支援しています。世界的に急成長する中で、日本は最も影響力のあるゲーム市場の一つであり、当社にとって重要な戦略地域です。
職務内容
- 日本市場におけるセールス戦略の立案および実行をリードし、四半期・年間の売上目標を達成する
- モバイル、PC/コンソール、インディーなど、ゲームエコシステム内での新規ビジネス機会を発掘・開拓する
- AI を活用した 3D コンテンツ制作ツールのゲーム開発パイプラインへの導入を推進する
- リード獲得、提案、ソリューションコンサルティング、交渉、契約締結まで、一連の営業プロセスを主導する
- ゲームスタジオ、パブリッシャー、アート外注会社、3D 制作チームとの強固な関係を構築・維持する
- 市場インサイトや顧客フィードバックを収集し、製品ローカライズや機能改善に反映する
- 日本国内の主要業界イベント(例:G‑Star、PlayX4)で当社ブランドを代表し、認知向上を図る
- 中国本社およびグローバルチームと連携し、製品戦略、マーケティング施策、カスタマーサクセスを推進する
- 国内のチャネルパートナー、リセラー、エコシステムパートナーを開拓・管理する
応募要件
- B2B セールス経験 5 年以上、うちゲーム業界での経験 3 年以上
- 日本のゲーム市場およびゲーム開発ワークフローに関する深い理解
- 主要ゲームクライアントの獲得・管理における実績
- 優れたコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、交渉力
- スタートアップのようなスピード感ある環境で、自律的に業務を遂行できる方
- AI、3D コンテンツ制作、ゲーム技術への強い関心
- 中国語および日本語に堪能であること(必須)、英語力があれば尚可
