仕事内容


大学受験を目指す高校生へのオンライン指導

難関大合格を目指す高校生に、高校物理専門のプロ講師として、力学、電磁気、波動、熱、原子物理といった高校物理全般にわたり、授業を展開していただきます。

大学の入試出題傾向や問題の具体的な特性を丁寧に分析した対策や、学習効率を高めるための出題頻度の知識など、知見に基づいた情報を生徒の皆さんに分かりやすく伝えていただきます。

これまで培ってきた指導経験や受験に関する知識を最大限活かしながら、生徒たちを志望校合格へと導いてください。

※予備校や他塾とのかけもちも可能です。

EIKOH LiNKSTUDYとは

栄光ゼミナールの指導ノウハウを取り入れたオンライン授業を展開する「EIKOH LiNKSTUDY」。

質の高い授業を全国の子どもたちに受講できるように生まれた新ブランドです。

一方的に教えるのではなく、オンラインとは思えない臨場感あふれる生徒とのコミュニケーションを大切にしながら指導を行っています。

授業中は生徒への発問を頻度高く行い、課題に対してなぜその答えを出したのか詳細な説明を求めることで生徒の理解度を把握します。

また、オンライン指導は水道橋での勤務となります。

オンラインの集団指導

EIKOH LiNKSTUDYではZoomを使用したオンライン双方向授業を展開しています。

生徒への発問を頻度高く行い、課題に対してなぜその答えを出したのか詳細な説明を求めることで生徒の理解度を確認します。

指導カリキュラムは決まっているので、テキストに沿って進めていただきます。

資格

・大学院生

・4年制大学卒業以上の社会人の方

・高校物理の指導ができる方

・カメラ付きWindowsPCをお持ちの方

<一つでも当てはまる方も大歓迎>

  • 塾・予備校等で5年以上の指導経験がある方

(早慶・東大などを対象とした難関講座担当を1年以上)

  • テキスト・テスト等の作成経験がある方

(ご自身に著作権があるテキストや教材をお持ちの方歓迎)

※他の学習塾や予備校との兼業も可

基本的には水道橋にある本部内で授業を行っていただきます。

カメラ付きのWindowsPCをお持ちで、通信環境が整っている場合は授業のみ在宅で行うことも可能です。

研修なども水道橋にある本部で実施いたします。
