仕事内容


大学受験を目指す高校生への集団指導

現役高校生を対象に、高校化学の集団指導をお願いします。

大学入試で出やすい単元・mol問題を解く上でのテクニックなど、テキストに沿って授業を行っていただきます。

授業カリキュラムは決まっているので、教えること集中していただける環境です。

これまでの指導経験をぜひ大学受験ナビオで活かしてください

週1日・1コマ~勤務OK

勤務していただく曜日や時間帯、指導科目や担当するコースについては、採用後に相談しながら決めています。

週1日~OKなので、在籍しているプロ講師の多くの方が予備校などと掛け持ちしながら指導しています。

授業が入っていない曜日や時間を有効活用したい方にオススメです

ナビオの授業スタイル

大学受験ナビオの授業は、一方通行で「講義」するのではなく、塾講師と生徒の『双方向のコミュニケーション』を非常に大切にしています。

その特性として、授業中は多くの発問を生徒に投げかけていただきます。

理解度を把握するという目的もありますが、こちらから質問をすることで生徒自身が授業に「参加」できるようになるためです。

生徒とのコミュニケーションを大切にしながら、合格まで導いてほしいと願っています。

ナビオのプロ講師として

大学受験ナビオで教えるプロ講師は、教えるだけが仕事ではありません。

生徒一人ひとりの成績や個性、苦手分野を把握した上で授業を展開し、大学受験に関するサポート全般を行っていただきます。

指導力はもちろんですが、生徒とのコミュニケーションを大切にしてくれる方を歓迎します

資格


<応募資格>

・大学院生

・4年制大学卒業以上の社会人の方

・塾or予備校での指導経験が3年以上ある方

※60歳定年制

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金・土・日・祝

・勤務時間:

[1] 19:00~22:00

給与


時給 3500円~7000円

※塾や予備校での指導経験を考慮した上で決定いたします。

交通費:交通費支給
