【仕事内容】

ワンダーストレージナレッジ事業の中核メンバーとして、

コンサルタント・顧問事業を中心に、企画運営および営業を担当していただきます。

売り込む仕事ではありません。

企業や人の話を聞き、課題を整理し、仕組みにつなぐ仕事です。

主な業務内容は以下の通りです。

・企業へのヒアリング、課題整理

・ワンダーストレージグループの事業説明

・顧問契約、ライセンス契約につながる提案および関係構築

・BMC、CMC等の定例会・勉強会の企画、運営

・営業活動および資料、広報物の企画・手配

・医療、福祉、介護事業に関する各種相談対応

申請業務、研修、労務相談、助成金申請などについては、

自らすべてを行うのではなく、理解し整理し、専門家につなぐ役割を担っていただきます

業界経験や専門知識は問いません。

入社後はワンダーストレージの事業理解から丁寧にサポートします。

医療・福祉・介護分野が未経験の方も歓迎します。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 26万円 〜 30万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円 〜 4万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※月給には固定残業代(20時間分)を含みます

※20時間を超える場合は別途支給

※経験・能力を考慮し決定します

【賞与】

・入社2年目12月31日より支給

・業績および個人の評価に応じて支給
