仕事内容:

ジオフラは「Moving Entertainment 〜人が動く楽しみをつくる〜」を掲げ、おでかけエンタメアプリ『プラリー』 を展開しています。

アプリ上の体験(チェックインやスタンプラリー)と、街や観光地でのリアルな行動をつなぎ合わせることで、地域のにぎわいを生み出すプロダクトです。

本ポジションでは、経営陣と事業部をつなぐ「数値のハブ」として、事業の成長を支える役割を担っていただきます。

現場での数値管理や分析を通じて経営判断に必要な情報を整理し、ボードメンバーと議論しながら事業の方向性を磨き込み、第一線で事業成長の根幹を担うポジションです。

■ 業務内容

・事業部と連携した数値管理 / 分析(予実管理、KPI進捗確認)

・経営層及び事業部のマネジメント層との協議 / 報告

・分析結果に基づいた改善提案 / アクションプラン策定

・事業計画の立案 / 見直し、戦略的テーマ設定の支援

・部門横断での情報収集 / 課題抽出と、解決に向けた推進
