EV・コネクテッド・カーボンニュートラル等の商品・サービス対応も必要になっています。
中計目標達成のためには、海外CV事業における事業戦略機能の強化が必要であり、

■ポジションについて
2030年を見据えた海外事業の全体戦略を企画・推進し、実効力の高い打ち手と最適なリソース配置を実現することで、中計目標の達成・既存事業の拡大に貢献いただきます。
■職務の内容
- 海外CV(commercial vehicle=商用車)事業の全体戦略企画・推進
- 策定済みの中期計画の定期的なレビュー及び各地域海外営業の課題・施策取りまとめ
- 中期計画における販売目標台数達成施策の具体化(地域横断課題の抽出、共通施策設定、効果検証)
- UDトラックス海外営業部門との更なる融合に向けたPMI活動
- 次期中期計画策定(2026年策定予定)

Requirements
■必須
- 7年以上の商用車や他製造業において、以下いずれかのご経験
- 海外での事業企画に関わる業務経験
- 日本で海外事業体の事業企画に関わる業務経験
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
目安:TOEIC 600点以上
■歓迎
- プロジェクト・事業課題の推進管理経験
- マネジメント、キャリア形成等に関わる専門的理論の知識
