募集背景・業務概要:

保険の予約管理を統合する新規システムを立ち上げ、顧客対応の効率化を進めています。要件定義から設計までを一貫して進めるため、上流工程の体制を強化します。利用部門との合意形成を重視する方針です。お任せする業務:

要件定義から基本設計を中心に、画面構成とAPI設計の指針を整理します。業務フローの整理や優先度調整にも関わり、設計の整合性を高めます。レビューを通じて品質基準を整えます。関係部門への説明資料を整備し、合意形成を円滑に進めます。非機能要件の整理にも関わり、品質を高めます。

レビューの観点を明確にし、品質のばらつきを抑えます。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥441,000 〜 ¥468,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥83,734〜¥88,860(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
