◆仕事内容

スマートフォンや自動車に欠かせない電子部品「MLCC(積層セラミックコンデンサ)」の高性能化に向けた材料技術開発に携わっていただきます。

研究員の指示のもと、電極ペーストの試作から特性評価までの一連の実験工程をサポートするポジションです。

<主な業務内容>

・電極ペースト試料の作製(素材〔金属粉・セラミックス粉・樹脂・溶剤〕の計量・調合、混練・分散・脱泡など)

・有機溶剤(テルペン系溶剤、アルコール、アセトン等)の取り扱い

・試作補助作業(スクリーン印刷、シート成形、積層加工など)

・特性評価(顕微鏡・SEM観察、膜厚測定、熱分析、粘度測定など)

・データ整理・報告書作成補助(Excelを使用した整理・グラフ化)

・実験器具・設備の分解・洗浄・管理

研究員と協力しながら、最先端の材料研究を支える重要なポジションです。

試作・評価・分析の各工程に広く関われるため、素材技術開発の全体像を学べる環境です。

・金属粉・セラミックス粉・樹脂・溶剤などの調合経験

・有機溶剤(テルペン系、アルコール、アセトン等)の取扱経験

・実験・評価補助(スクリーン印刷、シート成形、積層加工など)

・顕微鏡・SEM観察、膜厚測定、熱分析などの特性評価経験

・Excelを用いたデータ整理・報告書作成スキル
