仕事内容:

電子部品「MLCC(積層セラミックコンデンサ)」に使用される電極ペーストの材料開発に携わります。

研究員の指示のもと、試作から評価・分析までの実験業務をサポートしていただきます。

主な業務内容

・電極ペーストの作製(素材〔金属粉・セラミックス粉・樹脂・溶剤〕の計量・調合、混練、分散、脱泡)

・有機溶剤(テルペン系、アルコール、アセトン等)の取り扱い・調合

・スクリーン印刷・シート成形・積層加工などの試作補助

・顕微鏡・SEM観察、膜厚測定、熱分析などによる特性評価

・Excelを用いたデータ整理・報告書作成補助

・実験器具・設備の洗浄・メンテナンス
