仕事内容
営業事務のお仕事です。
社内の営業担当をサポートしながら、データ入力や書類の管理などを行っていただきます。
お任せするお仕事例:
・ 業務用システムを使った商談データの入力・編集・管理
・ 社内の関係部署への情報共有・連携対応
・ 見積書・請求書の作成と発送準備
・ 書類のファイリング、郵送物の仕分け・発送
・ 社内会議への参加、電話対応など
難しいPCスキルは不要基本操作ができればOK。
チーム体制での業務なので、困った時もすぐ相談できます

固定時間制
実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分
08:45 ~ 17:30
・ 入社後は当社事務所(武蔵小杉)にて1週間の事前研修あり
・ その後は就業現場にてOJT研修あり(目安:2ヶ月)
・ 2カ月経過後業務に慣れたら週2~3日在宅のテレワーク可能
「オフィスでしっかり学んでから、テレワークにもチャレンジできる」働きやすい環境です。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 220000円 ~ 248000円
試用期間あり
試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
