■労務管理・給与関連
・勤怠管理(勤怠データの集計、勤怠システムの運用)
・給与計算(委託先との連携を含む)
・社会保険・雇用保険など各種保険手続き
・入退社・異動時の労務対応
・各種証明書の発行、マイナンバー管理
・各部署からの労務相談対応
■制度運用・福利厚生
・福利厚生制度の企画・運用(健康診断、各種補助制度、慶弔対応など)
・就業規則・諸規程の作成・改定
・労務関連の社内周知
・人事データや従業員情報の管理・更新
■労使関係・リスクマネジメント
・労使関係の管理(労使協定の締結・更新など)
・安全衛生管理(産業医対応、衛生委員会運営など)
・労働基準監督署対応、行政提出書類の作成
・法改正への対応や労務リスクのモニタリング・改善提案
