仕事内容:

ECサイトおよび直営店の運用をお任せいたします。

具体的には:

ECサイト運営担当として、以下の業務に取り組んでいただきます。※スキルや意欲に応じてお任せいたします

(1) ECサイト運営:自社サイトや各種ショッピングサイト(ZOZOTOWNや楽天・Amazonなど)の運営…商品やブランドの説明文やサイト掲載用のバナーの作成/商品やブランドの登録/雑誌掲載商品のLP作成や新規施策の実施

(2)商品やブランドの情報発信:InstagramやFaceBookなどのSNSやメールマガジンでの販売促進

(3)各ECサイトに掲載する商品画像の撮影:モデルのキャスティングや撮影時のディレクション

(4)新規ECサイト出店:新規ライセンス契約に伴う、ZOZOTOWNなどのショッピングモールサイトへの新規出店

(5)その他の企画業務…インスタグラマーやYoutuberなどのインフルエンサーを起用した企画の立案・実施/新規アプリの導入・施策の分析・マーケティング業務/アパレル商品の企画

(6)直営店運運用管理・・テナントの契約管理、設備手配管理、店舗立ち上げに関する業務

求める人材:

【必須条件】

  • 外部モール(ZOZO/楽天等のモール)の運営に携わっていた方
  • ECモールの運用実務経験 3年以上 ※アパレル・服飾雑貨を含む

Excel・PPT:中級程度Word:初級程度その他、一般的なITリテラシーを有している方

  • ECの売上拡大に向けたブランドサポートを自身で自律遂行できる方
  • ブランド側、EC担当として、外部ECモールへの出店に関わる業務に携わっていた方
  • システム連携や外部ECモールの仕様の違い等の知見をお持ちの方

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥5,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥53,690〜¥85,040(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

賞与実績:年2回(6月・12月)■昇給:年1回(4月)

【諸手当】通勤手当(会社規定に基づき支給)、残業手当(固定残業代制 超過分別途支給)
