株式会社レオパレス21の経営管理課にて、コーポレートガバナンス向上と会議体運営を中心とした業務をお任せします。

・コーポレートガバナンス向上に関する施策の実施

・会議体の運営(株主総会・取締役会・経営会議等)

・規定管理・役員評価・子会社管理
