建築施工管理(所長クラス)【転勤出張無し/高年収企業/働き方改革推進企業】東京(高田馬場)

【仕事内容】

【西武線沿線を中心に、東京都内で転勤出張なく勤務し、高年収で就業可能です】東京都内に密着した事業展開をしている同社にて、受注したRC造/S造などの新築の建築施工管理をお任せします。

〇同社が受注したRC造/S造の多様な新築建築物の建築施工管理をお任せします。

【業務詳細】

  • 教育施設、医療/福祉施設、商業施設、工場/倉庫、文化/スポーツ/娯楽施設、住宅/マンション、公共施設など、様々な案件を担当頂きます。
  • 埼玉県周辺をメインとして請負金額3~10億円程度の中規模/大規模の案件に携わっております。

※基本的には常駐、現場へは直行直帰です。

※工期は、10カ月~15カ月程度で基本的に埼玉県、中央線沿線周辺の案件となる為、出張はありません。

※原則2~3名チームで現場を担当いただいており、ご入社後もしっかりした教育体制あります。今後は3~5名体制へと徐々に変更していく予定です。

※同一期間に担当いただくのは原則1現場のみです。所長となった際は複数現場を監督いただく可能性がございます。

【案件エリアに関して】

  • 東京7割程度、埼玉3割程度となっております。
  • 東京支店管轄エリア
  • 東京都内(西武線沿線が多めとなっております。その他新宿や板橋は安定的に受注しております。麻布や三軒茶屋もございます。東京都西部エリアは三鷹市くらい迄となっております。)

【組織構成】

  • 建築施工管理としては、20代が10名、30代40代が7名、50代60代が10名ほど在籍しています。中途入社、新卒入社の方が垣根なく活躍しています。

【働き方改革】

  • 衛星測位システムを利用した最新施工技術「ICT施工」の導入に取り組んでいます。
  • 国交省はその全面的な活用である「 i-Construction(アイ/コンストラクション)」を推進しており、同社が手掛ける土木工事では、その導入を積極的に進めており、定期的に勉強会の開催など、知識習得や技術知見の習得に励んでおります。
  • また、ドローン利用なども行っており、働き方改革の推進も進めております。

【就業環境】

  • 平均残業時間は35時間。案件の都合上休日出勤が発生した際は、案件を担当していない時期に1週間~10日間程度の振替休日を取得していただきます(連休や、有給を繋げて取得いただくことも可能です)。

【想定年収】800万円~1100万円(40歳~60歳:例) 【想定月収】44万円~61万円(40歳~60歳:例) ※上記はあくまでもモデルであり、ご経験/ご希望を基に社内規定に則り決定いたします。※管理職採用の為残業代の支給なし昇給:1回 賞与:2回(2022年度実績6ヶ月分)【モデル年収】年収692万円/38歳年収831万円/42歳年収1036万円/51歳
