※エンドクライアント:従業員規模数名のスタートアップから大手ナショナルクライアントまで幅広い業界・規模

VISAカードとアプリを活用した、あたらしい福利厚生プラットフォームです。 企業が用途を限定したポイントを付与し、従業員は専用カードで決済するだけで利用可能。月次利用率は90%を超え、従来の「使われない福利厚生」から「価値ある人的投資」へと変革します。インフレ手当や拠点格差の解消、従業員エンゲージメント向上など、現代の組織課題を解決する「Fintech×SaaS」ソリューションです。

【具体的には】

シリーズB資金調達済み、T2D3の急成長を目指すフェーズにて、SMB領域のシェア拡大およびエンタープライズへのパイプライン構築を担うパートナーセールス業務を行います。単なる代理店管理に留まらず、事業成長のコアメンバーとして市場開拓をリードします。

・販売パートナーとの協業による市場開拓の推進(新規パートナーの開拓・育成)

・パートナーへの営業支援(商談同行、事例共有、勉強会実施などのリレーション強化)

・SMB領域における直接的な営業活動およびクロージング

・パートナーチャネルを活用したエンタープライズ企業への商談機会創出

・miiveの付加価値を高めるための戦略的アライアンス先の開拓・提案

・各種展示会やイベント、出張を伴う営業活動

【求める人材】

・ 法人営業経験

・目標設定から実行までPDCAを回しながら自律的に遂行し、目覚ましい成果を挙げた経験

【歓迎】

・ コンサルティング営業・ソリューション営業の経験、またはコンサルティングファームでの実務経験

・ セールスチームのマネジメント経験

・ 人材領域のご経験(人材業界での営業経験etc)

・ スタートアップ、SaaS業界での勤務経験

・ パートナーセールス、スーパーバイザー(SV)の経験

・ SalesforceやNotionなど、業務ツールを活用したプロセス効率化の経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
