【仕事内容】
A global SaaS company with a strong presence in Japan is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its expanding finance organization.
The finance team is scaling to support its ongoing business expansion, and this role will play a key part in strengthening the accounting function.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support monthly/annual closing and statutory reporting
Prepare statutory financial statements
Manage account reconciliations and improve processes
Handle internal audit and SOX-related activities
Support cross functional projects and system/process implementation
Review purchase requisitions, and provide backup for T&E and cash processes
Drive automation and process efficiency
Collaborate with payroll, procurement, tax, and commercial finance teams

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
CPA, US CPA, or Nissho Boki Level 2
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong Excel skills
Basic understanding of Japan GAAP / US GAAP
Business level of English and Native level of Japanese
Detail oriented, organized, and proactive
Strong communication and teamwork ability
【Salary】JPY 7,600,000 - 1,100,000 (Based on skills and experience)
