仕事内容:
※正社員登用を前提とした契約社員求人です※
同社は、インフルエンサーやモデルの育成・プロデュースを行っており、
SNSのライブ配信をする専属のライバーのマネジメントをお任せします。
【具体的には】
■同社所属ライバーのマネジメント(メイン業務)
配信プラットフォームで配信を行なう際の時間管理や、
イベントのスケジュール管理、案件管理、報酬の連絡などをお任せします。
新規ライバーの所属契約をとり、配信を行なってもらい、売上を上げていくのが基本的な流れです。
結果として、ライバーたちは相応の報酬や人気を得ることができます。
■ライバーファンクラブサイトの運営
月額制の動画やデジタルフォト、1on1ミーティングなど、ファンクラブ用コンテンツの企画や運営を行います。
【仕事のポイント】
■信頼関係の構築
「スケジュールの調整はもっとこうしたほうがいいかな」「配信ではこうするとファンの人が喜ぶかも」など、
マネジメント観点からアドバイスをすることもあります。
アドバイスを受け入れてもらうためにも、日々、所属のライバーとファンとの信頼関係がとても大切です。
【入社後の流れ】
入社後2週間〜1ヶ月程度は、先輩マネージャーのもとマンツーマンで業務を覚えていきます。
基本的には社内業務になりますが、ライバーが何らかの受賞をした場合などは外出するケースもあります。
また、ライバーがモチベーションを維持できるよう、サポートやアドバイスを行なっていきましょう。

全国で開催する新時代の象徴となるロールモデルを発掘するライブ配信コンテストの運営を手掛けている同社。

【事業内容】
■ライブ配信イベント事業
過去コンテスト出場者にアナウンサーやモデルなどを輩出した「MODECON」ブランドを中心に、
ライブ配信などオンラインツールを駆使したオンラインコンテストを、年間50コンテスト以上開催しており、
イベント企画から参加者のマネジメントサポートを行なっております。
■ライバーマネジメント事業
オンラインコンテストを経たライバーの育成、マネジメントを行い、
ライブ配信未経験者から月額100万円以上の報酬を獲得する人気ライバーの輩出をしています。
■マーケティング支援事業
(コンテンツマーケティング、キャスティング、SNSコンサル、パネルリサーチ)
女子大学生・Z世代を中心とした、全国約10万人にも及ぶKIRINZ会員を中心に最新のソリューションを提供します。
イベントタイアップ、ライバープロモーション、インフルエンサーマーケティングに
KIRINZコミュニティを活用したプロモーションを加え、デジタル、リアルに拘らず
現代のニーズを常に捉えたマーケティング企画を創出し続けます。

■試用期間:6ヶ月(試用期間中の勤務条件:変更無)
■雇用期間は最長3年。6ヶ月ごとに更新。契約期間満了時の業務量、勤務成績によって正社員登用。
