As part of our growth into new markets, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our global leadership team as an Associate Partner based in our Japan office.
The role will be focused on leading our service to Japanese clients and with the opportunity to build our business in the country.
As the Associate Partner in the Japan office, you will oversee the day-to-day work of our Japan business, leading our client service, managing our teams and driving new business growth together with the rest of the APAC and global leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Consulting Leadership:
Be a trusted thought-partner to senior clients and provide strategic advice and counsel on their key challenges in tandem with our global leaders and experts
Lead projects and project teams to ensure that they deliver exceptional impact for our clients
Lead team problem-solving and client communications, coach and develop team members consulting capabilities
Business Leadership
Identify and drive business growth in the Japan market
Facilitate Japan related business and project needs from global clients
Manage Japan office team day-to-day, including overseeing Japan office operations and coordination with APAC and global business units
Requirements:
Experience working in Japan at a top tier management consulting firm, ideally at Senior Manager / Associate Partner level
Proven entrepreneurship and creative initiative, with a track record of creating new businesses / driving business development
Proven passion for sport, ideally with experience in sport / sport business with a strong network in the sports industry
Tokyo-based with right to work in Japan
Bilingual (written and spoken) in Japanese and English
