Key Responsibilities:
- The financial focal on reporting, FP&A, Budgeting for Japan country MCL Product.
- Establish strong link between financial numbers and operations.
- Connect with country Business Development, Account Management and Execution teams to partner and provide actionable insight to drive the business.
- Work with Regional Finance team on reporting & planning processes.
- Support development of investment proposals and new business wins with BD.
- Lead and support on the Area Strategy Planning.
- Support on Commercial Contract Governance
- The role is reporting to the Area Head of MCL FBP / Investments and is expected to support the delivery of the Area Business Plan.
Skills:
Must have:
- Undergraduate qualifications such as BA/BSc or equivalent in relevant Finance or Economics fields, or equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
- Strong Japanese and English communication skills (verbal & written).
Good to have:
- Proven track record from business partnering or management consultancy environment.
- Strong capability in managing stakeholders and relationships Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working all business and functional stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
- Strong business ethics, conducts all activities with honesty and integrity in line with company values; looks out for the best interest of the company.
