Key Responsibilities:
The financial focal on reporting, FP&A, Budgeting for Japan country MCL Product.
Establish strong link between financial numbers and operations.
Connect with country Business Development, Account Management and Execution teams to partner and provide actionable insight to drive the business.
Work with Regional Finance team on reporting & planning processes.Support development of investment proposals and new business wins with BD.
Lead and support on the Area Strategy Planning.
Support on Commercial Contract Governance
The role is reporting to the Area Head of MCL FBP / Investments and is expected to support the delivery of the Area Business Plan.
Skills:
Must have:
Undergraduate qualifications such as BA/BSc or equivalent in relevant Finance or Economics fields, or equivalent Professional Qualification.
Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
Strong Japanese and English communication skills (verbal & written).
Good to have:
Proven track record from business partnering or management consultancy environment.
Strong capability in managing stakeholders and relationships Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working all business and functional stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
Strong business ethics, conducts all activities with honesty and integrity in line with company values; looks out for the best interest of the company.
