求人内容
担当アカウントに対する営業のすべての責任を有し、社内の各部署と連携しながら、販売戦略の策定や顧客関係の構築を行う。
担当エンジニアと日々同行し、受注活動を行う。
- 大手自動車メーカーまたは自動車ECUサプライヤーが取引先になります。
顧客技術部門との関係構築・長期にわたる関係維持能力が強く求められます。
- 顧客は量産及び先行開発の技術者、マネージャ、時には経営陣にまで及びます. 特に意思決定者とのビジネス折衝が重要となります。
- ターゲットの開発プロジェクトの状況を正確に把握し、当社製品導入によるメリットを定性的・定量的な面から顧客の意思決定者に納得いただき、受注獲得を行っていただきます。
- 具体的な日々の業務として、ユーザー訪問、販売予測、見積作成、価格交渉、契約書締結、受注処理、クレーム処理、未入金回収作業等があります。
- 製品技術についてはエンジニアが同行します。
- 専属のアシスタントが日々の営業活動(見積作業・受注入力・電話応対)を側面からサポートします。
資格
必須要件
- 電子部品開発における、営業部門・マーケティング部門もしくは技術部門での10年以上の実務経験。
- 自動車業界に触れた経験
- 社内・社外の利害関係者と共に案件獲得をしていくだけの調整能力。
- ハイタッチセールの経験。
- 英語によるコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC700点以上あると尚可)。
- 提案型営業できる方歓迎。
- マイクロソフト PowerPoint中級以上(提案業務作成するため)。

- 計測・適合、AUTOSAR、モデルベース開発いずれかの知識
- 戦略的思考で販売計画立案から実行までの経験者
- 電子制御もしくは組込みソフトに関する知識もしくは経験
