仕事内容


【システム本部/基幹システム運用部】社内SE~基幹サービス(決済インフラ/自社サービス)の運用・機

【仕事内容】

クレジットカードをはじめとするキャッシュレス決済に不可欠なインフラ(ネットワーク)を持つ同社にて、

自社基幹システムの運用・機能改善、プロジェクトマネジメント、開発を担っていただきます。

同社サービスは24時間365日稼働しておりますが、いわゆる「24365」のシフト勤務ではなく平日日勤となります。

また、万が一障害が発生した場合は全社の先頭にたって解決にあたりますが、チームで対応するためお一人に負荷が集中することはありません。

同部は約60名のメンバー(うち社員約20名)で構成されており、システム運用だけでなくお客様のご要望に沿ったご提案や機能改善の企画等の

上流工程についても実施しています。なお、入社後はチーム単位での実務経験を積み上げることが中心ですが、各種研修や勉強会も行っており、

業界未経験の方も問題なく活躍頂けます。

[具体的業務]

・ベンダーコントロール

同社に常駐するBPとコミュニケーションを取りながら案件を推進

・スケジュールマネジメント

PJTを成功させるためのスケジュール管理や生産性を向上させるための時間の使い方を管理

・品質マネジメント

担当するPJTのプロセスや作成物における品質の管理

・リスクマネジメント

PJTを進める中で発生する可能性のあるリスクの管理

【年収・給与】

530万円~1000万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
