Windows Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our core Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. This role will focus on building a robust framework for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, streamlining software deployment through packaging and distribution, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency across desktop environments.
Windowsエンジニアとして、Active Directory、Azure、AD(Entra ID)、Intune(MDM)ソリューション等、当社のコアとなる Windowsインフラの設計、実装、管理を主導していただきます。レベル1およびレベル2のITサポートチームを支援する為のフレームワークの構築、Microsoftのパッケージ配布テクノロジーを通じたソフトウェア展開の効率化、デスクトップ環境全体におけるセキュリティ強化、ITコンプライアンス&運用効率の向上を目的とした戦略的イニシアチブ等
Key Responsibilities・メインの職務
- Active Directory & Azure AD Management: Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD environments to support organizational identity and access management.
- MDM Solutions: Deploy and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune) to secure and manage organizational endpoints, including mobile devices and desktops.
Software Packaging & Distribution: Develop, package, and distribute software applications and updates efficiently to support desktop environments and support teams.
Windows Server の構築・運用・保守
- Active Directory、グループポリシー、DNS/DHCP 等のディレクトリサービス設計と管理
- 社内システムおよび端末環境のセキュリティ管理・運用(パッチ管理、WSUS 等)
- Microsoft 365 環境の運用・管理(Exchange Online, Intune, Teams、Sharepoint、EntraIDなど)
- PowerShell等を用いた運用自動化・効率化
- 障害対応および原因分析、ドキュメント作成
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills・求められる知識、スキル、経験
- Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and related identity management solutions.
- Proven expertise in deploying and managing MDM solutions, such as Microsoft Intune.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, CLI) for automation, software packaging, and process improvement.
- Experience with software packaging tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, MSI packaging).
- Problem solving and decision-making skill

- Native/high business level Japanese, Business English
Currently living in Japan with valid working visa : we will not consider candidates who require international relocation for this role
Windows Serverの構築・運用経験(3年以上)、特に2016、2019、2022環境での実務経験
- Active Directory設計・運用経験、グループポリシー、OU設計、権限設計などの知見
- スクリプト(PowerShell等)を使った業務自動化の実践経験
- トラブルシューティング能力、OS、ネットワーク、セキュリティにまたがる問題の特定・解決スキル
- セキュリティへの理解と実装経験、認証基盤、パッチ管理、アクセス制御などを通じたセキュリティ強化施策の実施経験
- 業務報告を行うためのコミュニケーションスキルは必須
- 英語レベルBusinessレベル以上
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)・歓迎スキル
- Deep understanding of security best practices, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing support frameworks, documentation, and software deployment strategies.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Administrator, or Security+ are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
