K.K. Box Japan は Box Inc.の日本支社として 2014 年 5 月に設立され、成長し続けています。私たちはこれからさらに事業を拡大し、日本市場での
プレゼンスを高めていくフェーズにあります。現在、日本市場における営業およびプリセールス活動を技術的な側面から高度化させるため、「Demo Engineer」という新たなポジションを募集します。
本ポジションの主なミッションは、直接的な顧客対応を行うソリューションエンジニア(SE)とは異なり、営業・SE チーム、そして米国本社のDemo Engineer チームと連携し、Box のソリューション価値を可視化するための「デモアセット」を企画・開発することです。
具体的には、商談効果を最大化するためのデモ環境の構築、動画の製作、およびデモデータ生成ツールの開発などを担っていただきます。これまで培った開発経験やプログラミングスキルを活かしつつ、ビジネスサイドへのキャリア志向をお持ちの方や、製品の価値を技術的に翻訳し発信することに関心のあるエンジニアの方にとって、技術職の専門性を活かしながらビジネス貢献を行うキャリアへの転換点として最適な機会です。
What You'll Do
本役割における主たる業務は、Box のソリューションを効果的に訴求するためのデジタルアセットの設計・開発・運用管理です。対外的な活動より
も、社内ステークホルダー(SE、営業、米国開発チーム)との緊密な連携が求められます。
- デモ環境・アセットの企画開発 営業や SE が提案活動で使用するための標準デモ環境の構築、運用保守、およびデモシナリオに基づく動画コンテンツの製作・編集。
- 自動化・効率化ツールの開発 デモデータの自動生成、環境リセット、API 連携などを効率化するためのスクリプト作成や簡易アプリケーションの開発。
- グローバルチームとの技術連携 米国本社の Demo Engineer チームと日常的に連携し、新機能のデモ環境への早期実装や、グローバル展開されるデモアセットの日本市場向けローカライズ(日本語化および商習慣に即した最適化)。
- SE チームへの技術支援 複雑な顧客要件に対するカスタムデモの構築サポートや、技術的なバックエンド支援。
- ナレッジマネジメント 作成したデモアセットやツールの仕様書作成、および社内向け利用定着化推進。
Who You Are
プリセールスとしての実務経験は必須ではありません。開発バックグラウンドを有し、技術を用いてビジネス課題の解決を支援することに意欲的な方を求めています。ジュニアクラスの方や、ディベロッパーからのキャリアチェンジを目指す方も歓迎いたします。
- 技術的なバックグラウンド Web アプリケーション開発、またはスクリプト言語(Python, JavaScript, 等)を用いたプログラミング経験(実務経験、またはそれに準ずる個人開発の成果)。
- クラウド・API に関する知見 REST API を利用した開発経験、または AWS/GCP/Azure 等のクラウドサービス、SaaS 連携に関する基礎知識や学習意欲。
- コラボレーション能力 社内の営業・SE 部門に加え、海外拠点エンジニアと円滑に連携するコミュニケーション能力。
- 英語力 米国チームとの定例ミーティングや技術的な議論に参加し、意思疎通が可能なレベル(口頭でのコミュニケーションに支障がないこと)。また、英文技術ドキュメントの読解力。
- マインドセット 純粋な開発業務に留まらず、プロダクトの魅力を伝えるための工夫や、ビジネス貢献に対する高い関心・オーナーシップ。
