仕事内容
社内SE(課長採用)【リモート・フレックス有/自社HRサービスの開発運用/年収800万~】
【仕事内容】
課長として、当社の開発チームをリードし、戦略的な目標達成に向けて、効率的かつ質の高い開発プロセスを確立・実行することが求められます。
プロジェクト管理、リソース配分、部門間の調整、チームのモチベーション向上など、多岐にわたる業務を担当していただきます。
加えて、必要に応じて自らも実装を行い、技術的な課題解決に貢献することが期待されます。
【担当システム】
キャリタスUCの開発・運用・保守全般を担当していただきます。
キャリタスUCは学校・企業それぞれに向けたプラットフォームサービスで、現在は全国約710校、約90,000社にご利用いただいております。
【主な業務内容】
・開発チームのマネジメントおよびリーダーシップ(チームメンバーの育成、評価、サポート)
・プロジェクトの進捗管理およびスケジュール調整 ・開発プロセスの改善および最適化
・社内関係者との要件定義や調整 ・開発計画の策定および予算管理 ・部門の戦略的目標達成に向けた施策の実行
・部署内外の関係者との調整・コミュニケーション・開発に関する最新技術やトレンドの調査および導入 など
【業務内容の補足】
キャリタスUCの開発は内製化(アジャイル開発)しており、現行システムの刷新プロジェクトを現在進めています。
本プロジェクトは数か月後に実装される予定ですが、日常的にシステムの改善開発を引き続き行っていくため、
そちらに注力いただくことを想定しています。
具体的には、企画部門と打ち合わせを行い機能面の改修を行うだけでなく、
時には営業職社員と共にキャリタスUCを利用しているクライアント
(大学・短大・高等専門学校等の教育機関や新卒採用を行う企業)を訪問し、ヒアリングを行う機会もあります。
