ソフトバンクにおいて拡大し続ける事業を支えるバックオフィス領域の業務システムの開発を行っています。顧客入金管理、ポイント管理、割賦管理などの会社の基盤となる大規模、大量件数の処理を可能とするシステムの開発を推進しています。

【業務内容】

主な業務内容

・通信事業における債権/割賦/ポイント管理のシステムに関するシステム開発。

・業務分析/要件定義から開発リリースまでの一連の工程のシステム開発と保守や、社内横断的なプロジェクトの遂行や業務企画推進、新たなIT技術の推進や導入検討

具体的な業務内容

ソフトバンクサービスにおけるポイント管理や督促、分割払い等のバックヤード系システムをご担当いただきます。

・社内システムにおける設計、開発、テストの実施

※新ポイント管理系システムの内製化を目指しており、入社後は本チームでの開発業務が中心になる想定です。

・基幹システム開発経験(自社・ベンダ問わず)

・Javaでの開発経験

【歓迎】

・nginx、KafkaなどのMW構築経験

・Spring FWに関する知識と開発経験

・RDBMSの構築、SQL開発の経験

・コンテナのイメージ作成およびデプロイに関する知識および開発経験

・システム開発において、プロセスや成果物フォーマットの改善提案ができる方

【給与】

600万円~872万円

※上記提示年収は目安です。前職の給与・スキル・年齢・経験・能力・実績等に応じて決定致します。

※コアタイム無しのスーパーフレックス制採用。
