仕事内容
B2Bセールスとして、日本国内のツアー会社・旅行代理店・ホテルなどを中心に、法人向け営業・パートナーシップ構築をお任せします。
単なる商品提案ではなく、相手の課題を理解し、長期的な関係性を築く提案型営業が求められるポジションです。
主な業務内容
国内ツアー会社・ホテル・観光関連企業への法人営業
新規パートナー開拓および既存取引先との関係強化
商談・打ち合わせ(対面/オンライン)
アライアンス・業務提携の企画・交渉
市場・競合リサーチをもとにした営業戦略立案
社内チーム(オペレーション・マーケティング等)との連携
若手でも意欲と成果次第で、営業戦略や新規事業立ち上げに関わるチャンスがあります。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥700,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥60,000〜¥100,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
