【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

Salesforce(Sales Cloud、 Service Cloud、 Marketing Cloudなど)の導入・活用プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクト立ち上げ→推進を支援します。

クライアントの経営課題を捉え、提案・クロージングを行うセールスとしての業務から、

導入・定着までを設計・管理するプロジェクトマネージャー(PMO)までの業務をお任せいたします。

■セールス・ITコンサルティング業務

・顧客の経営課題、業務課題のヒアリングと分析

・IT戦略全体の中でのSFA/CRMの位置づけの整理、活用方針の策定支援

・業務プロセスの可視化(As-Is)と、SFA/CRMを活用した理想の姿(To-Be)の設計支援

■戦略的PMO業務

・プロジェクト全体の進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理、品質管理、コスト管理

・各種会議体(定例会など)のファシリテーション、資料作成(報告書、議事録含む)

・インプリベンダー(SIer・自社リソース)のコントロール、成果物レビュー、折衝

■ステークホルダー・マネジメント

・経営層、業務部門、情報システム部門など、関連部署との合意形成、調整

・導入後の定着化支援、活用促進施策の企画・実行支援

【求める人材】

・ 高いドキュメンテーション能力およびファシリテーション能力

・ Salesforce導入プロジェクト、または他の主要SaaS/CRM(MicrosoftDynamicsSAPC4Cなど)導入プロジェクトの経験(2年以上目安)

・ PMO、またはプロジェクトリーダー/マネージャーとしての実務経験(進捗管理表、課題管理表、WBSなどの作成・運用経験)

・ ITコンサルティングファーム、SIer、またはSaaS事業での営業実務経験(3年以上目安)

【歓迎】

・ Salesforce認定資格(認定アドミニストレーター、各種コンサルタント資格など)

・ 法人営業(BtoB)の実務経験(特にSFA/CRMのユーザーとしての経験は尚可)

・ Salesforce以外のSaaS(MAツール、BIツールなど)に関する知見

・ 業務プロセス改革(BPR)の設計・改善経験

【給与】

年収600~1140万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
