診断薬ビジネスにおいてもペイシェントジャーニーから医療や患者のニーズを把握し、よりよい医療を目指した活動に貢献することが重要になっている中、ロシュの主要疾患領域の1つであるオンコロジー領域のDisease Marketing Specialistとして、免疫検査、遺伝子検査、病理検査、デジタル検査の製品導入やマーケティング活動を行う Disease Marketing Specialist (Oncology lead)を募集します。
業務内容
マーケティング本部の「展望」である「現在と未来の顧客価値の最大化を通じて事業成長を最大にする」ことを軸に、Marketing - Disease Chapterは、ロシュグループにおける重要疾患領域の疾患戦略(Disease strategy)を関連部署と協力しながら策定し、その領域のマーケティング活動をリードします。
今回募集するDisease Marketing Specialist (Oncology Lead)の主な業務内容は以下の通りです。
チャプターリード・カスタマーエリアリードや製品担当関係者、他の関連部門と協働しながら、One Roche Oncologyポートフォリオ(免疫検査・遺伝子検査・病理検査・デジタル検査)の疾患戦略を策定・実行をする
オンコロジー領域の新製品発売や、既存ポートフォリオの強化をするとともに、その領域のニーズの把握、将来の市場拡大を目的としたKOL(Key Opinion Leader、主に消化器・呼吸器・乳腺・造血器などにがんに関わる専門医・病理専門医など)・関連企業との関係構築を推進する。
社内関係者と連携し、ステークホルダー(検査室・臨床医・社内営業チーム)向けに明確で高い訴求力のあるマーケティング資材の作成をする。
主要な医学学会でのセミナ-や展示、外部デジタルプラットフォームなどを活用し、効果的な疾患・製品認知度向上活動をリードする。
ロシュグローバルやAPACの担当者、また他国の疾患担当者と積極的な連携をし、適切な製品導入や販促活動を計画・実行する。
