募集背景


当社は2010年の創業以来、SSP(Supply-Side Platform)事業を国内外で展開し、国内市場では圧倒的なシェアを獲得して参りました。2023年には北米、インド、ヨーロッパ市場でSSP事業を展開するZeltoを完全子会社化し、グローバル展開をさらに加速させています。M&A後は、グローバル組織および事業のPMI(Post-Merger Integration)を着実に進め、シナジー創出と事業基盤の強化に注力しています。

業務内容

  • サプライオペレーション部門の管掌

・海外子会社を含めたサプライオペレーション部門の組織方針の策定と実行

・SSPプロダクトの収益最大化戦略の立案と実行

・収益のモニタリングと分析・改善PDCAの実行

・DSP・アドネットワークとの折衝・アライアンス

・業務標準化・業務フロー策定によるサービスレベルの向上

・自動化による業務効率化、AIを用いた業務効率化

・チームマネジメント(KPI設計、育成、組織構築)

  • KPIやOKRの設計

・サプライオペレーション部門のKPIやOKRの設計

  • マネジメント業務

・マネジメント人材の育成

・組織力向上のための育成体制の整備

必須条件


・アドテクノロジー業界でのマネジメント経験 3年以上 or カスタマーサクセスのマネジメント経験 3年以上 or 運用型広告のマネジメント経験 3年以上

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

・大型・グローバルメディアや多言語広告配信のマネジメント経験

働き方


出社勤務となります。ただし体調不良やご家族のケアが必要な場合は、上長に相談の上で在宅勤務が可能です。

基本給:462,383円~
固定残業手当(50時間分)180,617円~
※昇給機会年2回(4月、10月)、賞与年2回(5月、11月)
※給与は経験・能力により応相談
※50時間を超える時間外手当は別途支給
なお、固定残業代を支給しておりますが、この時間分働かないといけないということではありません。
