【業務内容】

日本にお住まいの外国人や

海外の外国人投資家の方々の不動産購入・売却をサポートする仕事です。

HP・SNS等からお問合せいただいたお客様や、

弊社が抱えるお客様からのご要望にお応えする

反響営業になります。

今回、より質の高いサービス提供と、社員一人ひとりの適性を活かすために「3つのポジション」に分業化しました。

① お客様のご案内担当

お問い合わせ対応(メール・電話)

ニーズのヒアリング・物件のご紹介

  • Point:お客様対応がメインのため、英語力を活かせるポジションです。

② 契約書作成・事務管理担当

重要事項説明書・売買契約書の作成

契約手続きのスケジュール管理

  • Point:宅建資格をお持ちの方や、デスクワークで専門性を磨きたい方にピッタリ

③ 物件の現地案内・現地調査

現地のご案内

物件状況の現地チェック・写真撮影

  • Point:実際の現場でお客様と会話を進め、物件の魅力を伝えていただきます。

まずは上記の得意分野、できる部分よりお任せしていきます。

ゆくゆくは、お一人で上記の一連の流れの営業活動を行っていただきたいです。

アシスタントもおりますので安心して業務も可能です。

頑張った分だけしっかり還元できる給与形態もご用意しています。

東京の不動産は、海外の富裕層からの関心が高く、

今後も拡大が予想される市場です。

オフィスは麻布台ヒルズに近く、

日頃から多くの外国人が行き交うエリアです。

主に取り扱うのは、東京都心のマンションや一戸建ですので

高価格帯になります。

対お客様へは英語を活かし、

社内では日本語を主軸とします。

英語で外国人に接するお仕事をされていた方など

実働時間:1日あたり7時間40分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

①9:00~17:40

(休憩時間 1時間00分)

②10:00~18:40

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 27万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり16時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
