【会社について】
公営競技(地方競馬、競輪、オートレースおよびLOTO等)の投票プラットフォーム「オッズパーク」を運営しています。
主催者である地方公共団体から、投票券の販売業務を受託しており、売上はそのまま自治体の収益となります。そのため、オッズパークの売上増加を通じて、「地方自治体の収益向上・地方活性化」に貢献することができます。
【サービスについて】
「オッズパーク」は2006年のサービス開始後、インターネットでの投票券販売額ならびに投票会員数が拡大しており、着実に売上・利益を伸ばし続けております。
加えて、コロナ環境下においてもインターネットを通じて楽しめるため、近年更に需要が高まっており、新たな競合参入・若手ユーザーの増加など、業界全体が変化を迎えております。
このチャンスを活かし、サービス規模を広げていくことを目指し、投票機能の充実・利便性の向上など、サービス機能強化に積極的に投資していく予定です。
【外部環境について】
公営競技はエンターテイメント要素が高く、「楽しいプロスポーツ」という認知が徐々に広がりつつあり、「ギャンブル」から「エンターテイメント」の一つに変わりつつあります。最近では『まちづくり』に資する取り組みとしても着目されています。
仕事内容
現在オッズ・パークでは、「機動力のあるサービス展開」「競合優位性を高めるサービスの実装」を実現すべく、クラウド環境での次世代サービスの構築並びに、現行システムの機能拡張を積極的に行っています。
募集ポジションはサービス構築や機能拡張プロジェクトにおけるシステム担当のリーダーとして、
会員数 数百万人の大規模システム、かつ最先端技術を用いたシステム構築に携わっていただけるポジションとなります。
経営や事業と距離が近く、風通しの良い環境 で、オッズパークのサービスを更に伸ばし・より良くするためのシステム開発に携わっていかれたい方を、積極的に募集いたします。
<想定業務>
サービス企画、アプリケーションアーキテクトと密に連携いただきながら、以下の業務をご担当いただきたいと考えております。
- システム要件定義
- アプリケーション設計
- 業務プロセス改善(課題抽出から対策までの提案・計画・導入)
- 上記に係るプロジェクトマネジメント業務
※ 開発はビジネスパートナーに委託し、 主に上流工程(企画)~開発のプロジェクトマネジメントを行っていただくことを想定しております。

- オープン系システムの要件定義~開発までのご経験(3年以上目安)
- プロジェクトリーダーのご経験(5名以上規模)
