組織:職場紹介 / About team and organization:PlayStation Network向けサーバーアプリケーションの企画・設計・開発・運用を担っているエンジニアリング部門です。製品のライフサイクルを構成する、クライアントソフトウェアからゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャルコミュニティ機能等のプラットフォームサービス迄、幅広くコンシューマーやゲームデベロッパーに提供しています。
20代、30代のメンバーが多い若い世代の部署になります。技術、コスト、効率といったことを論点にフラットな議論ができる職場となっております。職業柄ゲームが好きな社員が多く、製品に対する思い入れも強いです。海外との協業も多いため、ミーティングはもちろん、海外出張等もあります。

職務内容 / job responsibility:
PlayStation Network向けのサーバーアプリケーションが稼働するプラットフォームを開発・改善する業務です。
私たちは「新規開発以外の定常タスクを極限まで自動化する」「サーバーが最適な状態になっていることを定量的に計測し可視化する」ことを通じて、アプリケーション開発・運用・セキュリティ対応を人手を介さず、持続可能かつ安全に行える仕組みを構築しています。
海外拠点で開発しているアプリケーションも同じプラットフォームを使用するため、グローバルのチームと協業しながら日々チャレンジを行っています。
主な業務内容 / Main tasks :
立ち上げたばかりのチームのため、現在はまだ企画・開発段階のものも含まれますが、
今後以下の業務が発生する見込みです。
・Renovateを用いた依存ライブラリやコンテナイメージの自動更新フローの構築
・Jenkins / GitHub Actionsを中心としたCI/CDパイプラインの整備と自動化
・LLM(大規模言語モデル)を活用したPR自動生成やコード修正提案フローの開発
・DOMOなどのBIツールによるサービス健全性の可視化
・Webアプリケーションの運用負荷、コストを下げるための構成改善
・開発チームのボトルネックを特定し、改善を支える内製ツールの開発
・社内エンジニアからの問い合わせ、サポート対応

・3年以上のWeb Application, CICD pipeline、各種自動化ツールなどの設計、実装、テストの経験
・Gitを用いた開発経験
・クラウドサービスプロバイダを扱った開発経験
・基本的なLinuxの知識
・自動化や仕組み化への強い関心と実行力
・チームでの開発経験
歓迎スキルや経験など/Nice to have :
・Kubernetes(EKS等)を活用したマイクロサービスの運用経験
・Renovate / Dependabotなどの依存管理自動化ツールの利用経験
・LLM API(OpenAI, Claudeなど)を用いた開発経験
・Python / TypeScript / Shell Scriptなどによる自動化スクリプト・ツールの開発経験
・FinOps / コスト最適化タスクの自動化経験

語学力 / Language skill :

・[英語] グローバルに存在する各拠点のスタッフとの密な連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション(口頭での会話、ドキュメント作成、チャット、メール、出張、プレゼンテーションなど)が必要となる機会が多くあります。自ら向上する意欲があれば現在の語学力は問いません。
