  • UI/UX設計・開発

・ユーザーにとって直感的で使いやすいインターフェースを設計・実装

・Webおよびモバイル向けのレスポンシブデザインを構築

・アクセシビリティおよびユーザビリティ基準を確保

  • AI支援開発

・GitHub Copilot、CursorなどのAIコーディングツールを活用し、開発効率を向上

・AIによるコード提案を適切に検証し、品質を担保

・最新のAI開発トレンドを把握し、プロジェクトに適用

  • チームコラボレーション・コミュニケーション

・プロダクトオーナー、デザイナー、バックエンド開発者と協力

・ワイヤーフレームやプロトタイプを実装可能なUIコンポーネントに変換

・アジャイル開発プロセス(スプリント計画、レビュー、レトロスペクティブ)に参加

  • 品質・パフォーマンス管理

・コードのテスト、デバッグを通じて高品質を維持

・UIの速度、スケーラビリティを最適化

・ユーザビリティテストを実施し、改善を反映

スキルと経験:

  • 技術スキル

・HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript およびモダンフレームワーク(React、Angular)の経験

・UIコンポーネントライブラリ(Material UI、Tailwind CSSなど)の利用経験

・レスポンシブデザインとCSSプリプロセッサ(SASS/LESS)の理解

・バージョン管理(Git)およびCI/CDパイプラインの理解

  • AI・自動化

・AIコーディングアシスタント(GitHub Copilot、Cursorなど)の実務経験

・プロンプトエンジニアリングの知識(AIに正確なコードを生成させるための指示方法)

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:
ハイブリッド勤務になります。社外勤務は当社のガイドライン(Working Better)に従ってチームで決定いたします。

残業について:
月0~40時間

給与:
経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

勤務時間:
原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間)
