【募集背景】

商用車の根幹である「運ぶ/働く」機能は、トラックシャシを製造するいすゞ自動車とダンプや冷凍車などに代表される架装物を製造する架装メーカーとのコラボレーションにより創造されています。そのため、顧客ニーズの収集と同様に架装メーカーのニーズを汲み取り、架装や改造しやすいトラックシャシを提供することも重要なミッションの一部です。いすゞは架装・特装の強化を推進しており、将来を担うマネージャーとして活躍できる人員の募集になります。

【職務のミッション】

・現行車マーケティング…既販車架装・特装上の問題点/改善点情報収集及び整理明確化し企画書策定

・将来特装車の企画提案…必要な要求/情報をプロジェクト初期段階に提案し、特装車シェア向上を図る

・現行車架装・特装セールスエンジニアリング活動…販社/架装メーカーの架装・特装相談対応、営業と同行し仕様相談

【職務の内容】

車両のマーケティング戦略に基づいて、マーケティング施策を企画・実施する

・特装車の改善ターゲットとする顧客・市場セグメントの活動施策を立案、実行する

・架装上の問題点、改善点の企画書を作成し、企画展開、進捗を管理する

【求める経験】

・企画・マーケティング(商品&営業)、設計等の経験(3年以上)

・エンジニアリング経験、設計業務(自動車、トラック、架装物など)の技術経験

・架装業界の実務経験

【求めるスキル】

・口頭及び文書での優れた調整・折衝・提案能力

・企画立案・資料作成能力、付随する実務能力(情報収集能力、論理的思考)

待遇

【給与】

想定年収:600万円~750万円

経験・スキルを最大限考慮し、当社規定により優遇致します。

※昇給年1回、賞与年2回 (前年度実績5.6ヶ月)

【勤務時間】

本社8:45~17:45 工場:8:15~17:15

※フレックスタイム(指定職場による/1日の標準労働時間8H)

【試用期間】

3ヶ月

【休日・休暇】

年間休日:121日(会社設定カレンダーによる週休2日制)

有給休暇:入社年度15日(勤続1年毎1日増、最高20日)ほか
